UPCOMING EVENTS

Know Your Rights: Right to Counsel
Join us for an interactive community teach-in on what guaranteed legal representation for tenants facing eviction would look like for Springfield.

September Mega Canvass: Day Two
Want to be part of ensuring tenant rights and healthy homes in Springfield? Join us for our September Mega Canvass!
Canvassing is the foundation of our union’s organizing strategy. By talking with our neighbors about their housing experiences, we build the collective power needed to push for a Healthy Homes Guarantee — policies that preserve affordable housing, ensure safe and healthy homes for everyone, and put tenants at the center of decision-making.
This change won’t happen on its own. Without public demand, city officials will leave renters behind, and slumlords will show up to fight against us. But together, we can educate our community, strengthen connections, and give more tenants the opportunity to get involved.
New to canvassing? No worries. We’ll prepare you with the training, resources, and support you need before heading out into the community.
Sign up below to canvass for Sunday, Sept. 14, from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
