We've hammered home the need for a Tenants' Right to Counsel (RTC) for a few years now but it seems there are some who haven't gotten the message. This month the Greater Springfield Apartment and Housing Association (SAHA) released a letter opposing RTC, claiming that it is unfair to landlords and would harm tenants in the long run. So STUN Executive Director Rex Ybañez sat down to explain why STUN does not agree, and why RTC is vital for Springfield tenants. You can watch their response below:
